Kambal Yoga

Allow your body to rest & relax in this nurturing offering of Kambal Yoga®.  This deeply restorative form of meditative yoga utilizes weighted blankets, silken eye pillows and soothing meditation music to create a cozy & therapeutic experience. A combination of meditation, Yoga Nidra, sound healing and Reiki, Kambal Yoga® supports the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system making it useful for stress reduction, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma and overall reconnection with ourselves in order to find a more balanced and fulfilled life. No previous yoga experience necessary. Individual or couples sessions available.

Cacao ceremony

Gather some friends & connect deep into your sacred heart space with this gentle plant medicine. During ceremony, we connect to the spirit of cacao, one of gratitude, expansion and love. Cacao is prepared with raw unprocessed ceremonial cacao, warming spices like black pepper and cinnamon, maple syrup for a touch of sweetness & food grade rose petals. Beginning with intention sharing, an oracle card pull & meditation, this ceremony is a beautiful way to connect to your heart space and deepen your connection to soul & your community. 4-6 participants.

Hapé ceremony

Hapé is a legal sacred shamanic plant medicine that has been used by healers of the Amazon for thousands of years. I specifically work with a blend called Sagrado feminino that comes to us from the Huni Quin people of Brazil. Sagrado Feminino, or Sacred Feminine, has been created to honor & balance feminine energy. Made with sacred plants associated with feminine energy, including basil, lavender and others that resonate with intuition and wisdom, this herbal snuff seeks to offer an experience of healing and deep connection with femininity.

During hapé session, we will work with the plant medicine in tandem with intuitive energy cleansing, womb and heart space healing, meditation, kambal restorative yoga and sound healing.

Sound Bath Ceremony

This powerful offering utilizes the healing frequencies of music to guide you home to self. Beginning with meditation & intention setting, participants are then wrapped up in a supported reclined yoga pose with weighted blankets & satin eye pillow to begin the sound journey. This womb-like experience allows the nervous system to drop into relaxation, giving the body & mind a well deserved break. Pulling from a vast array of sacred sound instruments & song, each session is lovingly composed to support your specific intentions.

These intuitively led mentoring sessions are designed to guide you home to self, to your power and your unique essence that only you can bring into the world. These sessions may be a good fit if:
